4. We will reply your booking or reservation within 24hours.

• We recommend you to make a direct booking to ensure your reservation

• All our tours is set up as a private tour on full air conditioned car
  with English speaking driver guide.
• Payment can be made in Indonesia RP rupiah, US dollars, AUD dollar or others currency.
• We will offer the best price for Group booking, flexible and negotiable.

Cancellation Policy (Tour arrangement)

• Cancellation made within a day prior to the arrangement day till 15:00, No cancellation fee.
• Cancellation made within a day prior to the arrangement
  day after 15:00 till the day of arrangement before the driver guide depart from the office
  will be charged 50% from the total tour fee.
• No show up or cancel without any notice to our office will be charged 100% or full payment.

Cancellation Policy (Hotel others vendors)

• Each Hotel and Vendors has their own policy for the cancellation and
  we will inform to you when we send you the booking confirmation.
