The dolphin lodge is located on a floating sea pen in the ocean,
  this friendly animal will amaze you with their intelligence,
  physical ability and gentleness.
  You have approximately 40minute to a personal contact
  with these amazing mammals through petting, hugging, kissing and playing.
  The close contact session are probably one of the best experience you will ever have.

Cancellation Policy

l Cancellation made 2days before the activity day until 17:00, no cancellation fee.

l Cancellation made 2days before the activity day from 17:00 till a day before activity till 17:00, will be charged 50% cancellation fee.

l Cancellation made 1day before the activity from 17:00 till on the day of activity or no show will be charged 100% cancellation fee.

Term and Condition

・Adult and children with history of epilepsy or similar illnesses,
   woman who are pregnant or suspected to be pregnant are prohibited in the water
   with the dolphin for safety reason.
・Children must be accompanied by adult for interaction program,
   small children must wear a life jacket which will be supplied at the location.
・You will be in the ocean pool approximately 40 minutes for the dolphin experience.
・Please do not wear sharp ring or have sun lotion on your hand as this could harm the dolphins.
・The instructor have the right to expel anyone from the pool
   who they consider to be disruptive for the mammals.
・Dolphin Lodge Bali operates in the open ocean and are subject to the element weather
   permitting. Depending on the weather condition of the day, sea condition can result in clients
   becoming sea sick while out at sea. Cancellation of the tour can occur with very little warning.
・Dolphin Lodge Bali operates daily with three session. Each departure approximately
   3 to 3.5hours (from pick up to drop off) and the guide commentary is given throughout the tour.
・Dolphin Tour Bali Restrict the number of dolphin swimmer allowed in the water with one dolphin.
・Dolphin watching does not have the same capacity restriction as interacting
   and is not under the same demand as dolphin interacting.
・Thing to bring on the tour are swim suite and towel (if swimming) gear bag,
   change of clothing and camera.
・A locker is supplied for the storage of your belonging.
・Dolphin lodge is no operate on Sunday.
